3. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?


1. We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in Section 5, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.


2. Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area ("the EEA") (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using Our Site and submitting information to Us. 10.Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between Decentralized Technologies and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.


11.Personal Data collected for the purposes of Decentralized Technologies legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by Decentralized Technologies by contacting us.


12.Decentralized Technologies may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Decentralized Technologies may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.


13.Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
